The Clinical Nurse II will be part of a dynamic team that plays a critical role in the overall patient experience at our institution. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the General Medicine Unit. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes. Engage in health education and counseling for patients and their families. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Support patient safety initiatives and adhere to all hospital and departmental policies.
