• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8.5 hours

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,280 - $3,890
• Patient Volume: Approximately 52 patient encounters per shift
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner certification and board certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to practice independently in Massachusetts
• CPI training required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Experience working with adolescent and adult patients preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in an inpatient psychiatric environment

• Provide comprehensive advanced practice care for patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit
• Evaluate and manage a diverse behavioral health patient population ranging from age 10 through geriatric adults, with a primary focus on adults
• Perform daily patient assessments, follow-up visits, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective patient care
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and clinical communication
• Deliver high-quality care while managing a steady daily patient volume in a fast-paced clinical setting
