Salary: $25 - $35 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager that specializes in the service industry. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact in the industry. This is an in-office position. The ideal candidate is someone organized, detail oriented with an aptitude to learn; someone strong in office management, customer service with an interest or experience partnering with accounting. Oversight of office operations and procedures including accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure smooth running of the office and accurate financial management. 2. Working closely with parent company team members to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to improve their manufacturing processes. 3. Developing and implementing new administrative systems to improve operational efficiency. 4. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 5. Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining client records. 6. Participating in strategic planning and business development activities. 7. Collaborating with senior management to prepare budgets and financial reports. 8. Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. 9. Providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role 2. Experience with QuickBooks and/or someone tech savvy 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 4. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. 7. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. 8. Knowledge of the manufacturing/service industry and its regulations is a plus.
