EHS Specialist II Westborough, MA 3 Months - Temp to Perm M-F, It will be a 2nd to 3rd split shift 4pm-12am To clarify, there are multiple 2nd and 3rd shift work schedules as each of the 4 major departments have a different schedule. Some start at 2:30 or 3:30 or 4:30 pm, and either end at 12:30 am, 2:30 or 3:30 am. And FYI, One department starts their first shift at 4:30 am. So For this EHS Specialist role, we primarily want someone to accommodate the majority of the evening hours by starting late afternoon. I'm also open someone starting as early as 3 pm and working thru 12 am (9 hours per day). I prefer someone with crane safety knowledge This EHS Specialist will work 2nd into 3rd shift M-F This position is responsible for conducting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities, under the direction and supervision of the site EHS leader. The primary focus is to conduct site-wide and department area EHS inspections including for hazardous waste storage areas, support site emergency response activities, conduct & follow up on employee injury & other incident investigations, maintain EHS recordkeeping systems, conduct or assist with EHS employee site trainings, and participate in other EHS program activities to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing environment.
