(GISI), LiRo-Hill now comprises approximately 1100 employees across offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA, and Metro Park, NJ.Responsibilities Lead projects through both Design and Construction phases. Communicate directly with clients, A/E teams, builders, stakeholders, and user groups. Oversee and ensure quality and consistency in design, construction, and all project aspects. Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance. Monitor and manage project budgets. Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the work. Manage administrative tasks including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders.Qualifications - Proven excellence in leading at least five (5) healthcare-related projects representing the organization's interests.
- Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO).
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management.
- Experience in healthcare facility renovation/construction.
- Strong communication skills across various project levels.
- Expertise in project administration, budget, and schedule management.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Strategic problem-solving skills.
