The Senior Merchandising Analyst will support the Senior Manager in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to optimize sell-through performance. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior to ensure our product assortments are well-aligned with customer demands and business objectives.Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance to provide insights on current merchandising strategies.
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc sales reports on key performance metrics.
- Monitor and identify emerging trends in the footwear industry, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Partner with Senior Manager to provide recommendations for adjusting product offerings accordingly.
- Assist in the development of product assortments by analyzing historical sales, market trends, and consumer feedback. Collaborate with the Design, Product Development, and Merchandise Planning team to ensure the optimal product mix is available to consumers.
- Collaborate with marketing, site experience, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and alignment with promotional strategies.Qualifications:
