The ideal candidate has a strong background in scientific research, business development, or sales and marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Territory: East CoastPreferred Locations: Greater Boston MA or any large airport on the East CoastJob Responsibilities: - Strategic Growth & Business Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Account Management & Expansion - Build and maintain strategic account plans, collaborate with global teams, and leverage market insights to drive business success.
- Sales Execution & Lead Generation - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by optimizing account strategies, identifying high-value prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers.
- Executive-Level Engagement - Develop relationships with key stakeholders, from bench scientists to C-suite executives, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Solution-Based Selling - Present and demonstrate MaxCyte's technology effectively, aligning solutions with customer needs to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis - Conduct in-depth customer and competitor research to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Forecasting & CRM Management - Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure thorough opportunity tracking.
