(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. - LiRo-Hill -is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.Responsibilities - Project lead for both Design and Construction phases
- Communicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groups
- Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of project
- Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
- Monitor and track project budgets
- Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
- Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change ordersQualifications
- Record of excellence in leading a minimum of five (5) health-care -related projects representing -the organizations' interests
- Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing -Official (MCPPO)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management
- Health-care facility renovation/construction experience
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
- Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management
- Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
