Babcock Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).The Manager of End User Computing (EUC) is tasked with leading and modernizing IT support and endpoint management strategies across the organization, focusing on automation and efficiency.

• Modernizing IT Support: This role involves enhancing IT support services by implementing modern capabilities, leading the IT service desk team, and developing support workflows and training materials.
• Endpoint Management & Automation: The manager oversees device and software provisioning using tools like Quest KACE and Microsoft Intune, automates device lifecycle management, and optimizes patch management and compliance enforcement.
• Software Deployment & License Management: Responsibilities include automating software provisioning and updates, ensuring efficient license management, and minimizing downtime by working with application owners.
• Team Leadership & Staff Development: The manager is also responsible for leading and mentoring the EUC support team, implementing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field; an MS/MA is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation Certification, and modern infrastructure/cloud certifications are advantageous.
