As a Therapist, you will:Make a Lasting Impact: Use your expertise to create collaborative treatment plans that directly support first responders, veterans, and others facing some of lifes toughest challenges.Gain Specialized Experience: Build your skills by working directly with a mental health population, deepening your clinical expertise in complex and co-occurring conditions.Advance Professionally: Access continuous learning, mentorship, career growth opportunities, including supervision for licensure.Join a Supportive, Purpose-Driven Team: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including individuals with firsthand recovery experience, to provide patient-centered careChampion Ethical Care: Contribute to a culture of integrity, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Position Details:Reports to: Clinical DirectorSchedule: Full-time, schedule to be discussed during the interview.Location: Baldwinville, MA 01436 (On-site).Compensation: $72,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience and credentials).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments like ASAM forms, biopsychosocial evaluations, and other required screenings.Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, working collaboratively with patients.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and confidentiality standards.Communicate regularly with referral sources and family members to provide updates and support.Lead individual and group therapy sessions, including daily process groups and treatment reviews.Assist with discharge planning, connecting patients to legal, financial, and vocational resources.Manage crisis situations, using clinical judgment for risk assessments and de-escalation.Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs.Build rapport and trust with patients, fostering a supportive environment.Required Qualifications:Masters degree in social work or a related human services major.Adherence to the Healthcare Code of EthicsKnowledge of Joint Commission Standards and State and Federal confidentiality regulations.Preferred Qualifications:An active LMHC, LICSW, LADC-1 or related in the state of Massachusetts.LICSW or LMHC and LADC-1, strongly preferred.Experience in the behavioral or mental healthcare field.Ideal Candidate Profile:Clinical Assessments ASAM, biopsychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning.Crisis Management Risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations.Therapy Facilitation Leading individual and group sessions.Communication Collaborating with teams, referral sources, and families.Documentation & Compliance Accurate record-keeping and regulatory adherence.Adaptability Adjusting treatment approaches and handling crises effectively.Time Management Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.Comprehensive Benefits include:Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceWhole and Term Life InsuranceShort and Long-term Disability Insurance401(k) Benefit with Employer MatchPaid Time Off7 Paid Holidays, including a floating holiday to use at your discretionEmployee Assistance and Referral ProgramsWellness IncentivesApply Now!Ready to make a lasting difference?
