You will do this through the appropriate utilization of resources and delegation of responsibility.Key Responsibilities: - Ensures the safety of all operating equipment within the facility
- Project management experience
- Develops training plans and supervises technicians' work skills
- Monitors all work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Handles the procurement of all repair parts for routine, preventative, and emergency repairs
- Develops and/or maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all buildings and equipment
- Maintains the departmental budget with focus on parts, supplies and labor management
- Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
- Lab experience & project management experience required
- Good working knowledge of all aspects of plant maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical Equipment
- Must be capable of reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
