Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Agile practices within Retail Banking & Transformation.
Develop and evolve the Agile operating model and create strategic roadmaps.
Partner with stakeholders to drive Agile transformation and improve organizational performance.
Monitor performance metrics and foster continuous improvement.
Lead cultural and organizational change to embed agility and customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Scrum or SAFe certification preferred.
- 10+ years in Product Management, consulting, or Agile transformation.
- 5+ years in management or leadership roles.
