Key Responsibilities

Supervises multiple teams of examiners and delegates duties as necessary
Identifies trends and advises management on process improvements and issues
Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience
Experience with New York jurisdictional regulations and procedures
