As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Individual Disability Insurance, working closely with financial advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders to design, present, and implement personalized disability insurance solutions. You will also help cultivate strong carrier relationships, provide competitive analysis, and support sales initiatives to drive business growth.Play a lead role in the management of individual disability insurance.Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to project management by monitoring progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards; serving as the day-to-day contact for clients
• Proactively providing superior client service
• Engaging in vendor interaction, implementation, and optimization activities
• Managing Annual Benefit Increases for IDI Clients, including review of carrier quotes and benefit increase implementations
• Serving as an IDI Subject Matter Expert
• Supporting new business generation through prospecting as part of a team
• Building and maintaining internal relationships and collaborating effectively
