Adecco Creative & Marketing is assisting a major conglomerate client in their search for an Advertising and Promotions Coordinator! The Advertising and Promotions job is based in Boston, MA and projected to last through January 2016!
The Advertising & Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for connecting with Clinical Business Systems Marketing and Business Partners to develop and drive Ad and Promotion strategies for region or product marketing programs leveraging advertising, exhibits, collateral/sales tools production and digital communications platforms.
Responsibilities for the Ad & Promo Contractor include but are not limited to the following:
-Developing strategic Ad & Promo plans
-Identifying proper Expert and Shared Service resources to leverage
-Provides Expert, Business Partners and/or Shared Services teams with access to needed content
-Acting as gatekeeper—determining when Market Services/Shared Service materials are ready for marketing review
-Ensuring compliance of all Ad & Promo materials
-Evaluating programs and reports their performance to marketing
-Sharing lessons learned across the team using established global processes
-Responsible for media strategy development
-Working with marketing leaders to establish S2 Ad & Promo Budget
-Liaises with Communications team globally (PR & Org Comm)
-Monitoring program success and reporting program results to marketing
-Evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force
This role is for an individual contributor, and not a management level role.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
-5+ years' experience corporate marketing communications writing & content development experience.
-Healthcare and Software business experience.
-Hands on experience creating content, writing copy, etc.
-Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events)
-Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
-Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors
-Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines
-Strong analytical and process skills
This position is 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
