Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy, this influential role will architect and execute innovative marketing campaigns that amplify Siemens' visibility in targeted Electronic Design Automation (EDA) markets and catalyze new business acquisition. As a key member of our newly formed strategic marketing organization, you will have high visibility and the opportunity to support our go-to-market approach across the Siemens EDA portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Leadership - Architect comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with Siemens EDA's growth initiatives and market positioning.
- Lead cross-organizational marketing councils to establish cohesive requirements and execution plans across strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging platforms and innovative approaches to maximize Siemens EDA's market visibility and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships to extend market reach and impact.Campaign Management & Execution
- Orchestrate integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including resource allocation, budget management, timeline development, and quality control.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing assets and touchpoints.
- Direct external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign elements.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product management, sales, R&D, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution.
- Engage with customers and sales organizations to promote new technologies and solutions effectively.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization to drive marketing integration and effectiveness.Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
