Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida, we offer counter service, mobile hose repair, and state-of-the-art OEM centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to recent and projected growth, we are seeking a motivated, outgoing CSR/Operations Support Specialist to assist our expanding sales team.As an Operations Support Specialist, you will:

  • Coordinate the entire order process from order placement to delivery and shipping.
  • Work closely with HosePower field representatives and customers to communicate product availability.
  • Maintain appropriate freight costs by selecting the most efficient carrier routes.
  • Minimize customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Understand and interpret product requirements, providing information to customers.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing market trends and information.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts, soliciting new clients, building rapport, providing product information, and preparing quotations.
  • Process orders and communicate expected delivery dates.
  • Review customers' buying history, suggest related and new items, and explain features.
  • Answer phone inquiries and assist customers.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience in an industrial sales setting (preferred).
    • Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic computer skills, ability to learn various systems, and experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to customer needs.
    • Mathematical computation skills.
    • Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
