The ideal candidate has deep experience in compensation analysis within the legal or professional services industry and excels at managing compensation cycles from end to end.Key Responsibilities - Manage and analyze firm-wide compensation data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to establish competitive salary structures
- Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit increases and bonus cycles
- Utilize MarketPay and maintain HRIS data integrity, preferably in Workday
- Collaborate with HR leadership to communicate and implement compensation strategies
- Respond to compensation-related requests and provide guidance to internal stakeholdersQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation analysis experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency with MarketPay and HRIS platforms like Workday
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Proven track record managing compensation processes independently and collaboratively
