Surgeon owned and led practice is seeking to add a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team. - Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
- Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
- Utilize a patient centric approach.
- Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
- Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
- Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
