- Provide a wide range of services required in prudence evaluations, including document review and analysis, written testimony, litigation support, and live testimony in hearings.
- Evaluate and provide testimony on various prudence issues related to energy and gas pipelines, including those at the FERC level.
- Assist clients in managing coordination between FERC requirements and regulations and those of other federal and state agencies to minimize duplication and create efficiencies.
- Provide economic analysis, right of way planning, rate case filing and cost estimates for utility clients.
- Assist with business development opportunities and building new and existing utility client relationships.
- Frequently evaluate the performance of existing offerings, recommending adjustments or enhancements to optimize consulting market share.Requirements:
