Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a current Warehouse – Printer in Hingham, MA. This is a long-term temporary to permanent opportunity.. Their prepress department processes more than 5,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. They specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world-class service. Their Consumer Digital Printing division offers world-leading inkjet printing production and innovative product construction for home décor materials including canvas gallery wraps.



Job Description Overview: Printer



Position Mission:



The Roll to Roll Press Operator (Printer) has the primary responsibility to maximize the use of company's print platforms and production equipment egg: Rip stations within the organization through positive employee relations, time management, attention to detail and safe work practices. This position is responsible for print production and working within company policies to ensure that local, state, and federal legal requirements are maintained.



Working Environment and Physical Demands:



Typical production environment. Requires prolonged standing, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a Commercial printing press, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and answer the phone. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, reports and computer terminals.





This is a full-time position requiring consistent dependable attendance. This position is not exempt from overtime.



Tasks description - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Turbo Jet Pressman

- 80% of position responsibility

- Complete daily print assignments.

- Scheduled and daily PM¿s

- Loading and unloading of substrate



ADMINISTRATION: 20% of position responsibility

- RIP stations egg: - Caldera

- Color management

- MIS software in place

- Works with lead for scheduling and work flow leveling

- Works with Customer Service



Skills, Intellectual Demands and

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:

- High School diploma or G.E.D equivalent

- Minimum two years¿ Digital Press operation experience

- Caldera Rip software





This is a full time position M-F paying $14.00/hour. This is a long term temporary to permanent position.
