What You ll Do- Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Utilize CPI training to manage crises and ensure safety
- Document clinical findings, treatment progress, and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility policies
What You Need
Required:
- Massachusetts medical license
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- CPI training completed
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience working within a hospital or community-based mental health setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
