Client DetailsMy client is a family owned Custom Home Builder, specializing in Ground Up Custom homes ranging from $800k to multi million dollar properties. Their projects are located throughout the Worcester area and Central MA, working with clients looking to create their dream home. They assist in Lot Selection, Site Preparation, Home Design & Construction, Interiors, and General Construction.Due to them being a family owned firm, they offer a tight knit culture and a construction process with little to no red tape. Employees enjoy working here and they have long tenure with the firm. DescriptionThe Residential Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, according to requirements/ specifications and within agreed upon budgets
• Involved in all aspects of projects assigned to them from initial concept through execution
• Project documentation; contracts, estimates, plans, specifications,
• Subcontractor bids, compiling cost information, schedule needs to execute residential construction
• Communication with project stakeholders
• Weekly meetings, weekly meeting minutes, status reports, and daily written communications
• Daily job site presence
• Monthly billing process ProfileThe Project Manager will have:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience with Residential Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer software/ applications (Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project)
  • Create client and Builder relationship,
  • Organized, timely, disciplined
  • Strong knowledge of construction management best practices with proven risk and issue management experience
  • Fluency in software programs
