You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your typical day will include:

• Conducting patient assessments
• Administering medications
• Performing wound care
• Educating patients and families on self-care management
• Monitoring vital signs
• Providing emotional support and companionshipTo be successful in this role, you must have:
  • An active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (prior home health experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills
  • Strong work ethic, compassion, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
