You will also be a part of a team of professionals working together to meet the needs of patients and their families. Clinicians are responsible for: Providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homesMonitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activitiesMaintaining patient records and document treatmentsBase rate: Up to $40/visitMileage reimbursement: .62/mileRequirements:Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.Candidates must have MA Physical Therapy Assistant licenseMinimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
