Trust and Estate Associate Attorney - Boston, Massachusetts - Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law. -Responsibilities: -

• Manage a caseload of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients.Qualifications: -
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • 2-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle complex legal matters.
