In this role, the Senior Analog Design Engineer will be instrumental in driving the development of high-power and precision automated testing equipment.       Skill Set:
      
      
      
      • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
        
      • 10+ years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on analog and power instrumentation.
        
      • Strong foundation in analog circuits, control theory, ASICs, mixed-signal simulation, DSP, and logic design.
        
      • A track record of innovative problem-solving and eagerness for continuous learning and technical growth.
        
      • Leadership skills to guide teams through complex problem-solving.
        
      • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between detailed engineering tasks and overarching project goals.
