This is why we come to work every day. Join us and we can make a difference together. About The Role: Established Manufacturing Engineering professional. Develops, designs and plans layouts. Plans the sequence of operations for fabrication tools to ensure excellent product performance. Role Responsibilities: - Coordinate and facilitate Process-Certification, Lean Transformation, and other Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across Operations.
- Identify basic forms of waste (Muda), and support finance in quantifying each waste, consistently with business plans and objectives.
- Facilitate Quick-, and Standard-, projects using PDCA methodology.
- Drive Pro-Cert initiatives, including but not limited to PFMEA, gauge R&R, capability studies, control plan, and periodic process capability audits.
- Develop and maintain factory-wide workflow systems, including but not limited to QCPC, Tool Request, RPA (Request for Production Assistance), CI certification levels.
- Participate in company CI assessment.
Role Purpose: - Support the drive for cultural change toward more data driven decisions.
- Support teams during the transition toward the adoption of root cause analysis as standard practice.
- Drive continuous identification of known losses, definition and tracking of new losses, and identification of methods with which to reduce or eliminate them.
Minimum Requirements: - BS degree with 2+ years of manufacturing engineer experience
