Our client - a well known and rapidly growing manufacturing business - are looking for an AP Specialist to join the team. This is a newly created role due to the company growing.Client DetailsA well known, and rapidly growing manufacturing companyDescriptionThe role will involve:

• Processing accounts payable
• Generating weekly payables register and processing/printing payables check
• Working with vendors and internal purchaser to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Reconciling AP general ledger accounts and generating AP reports
• Calculating, reporting and paying state sales tax
• Filing paid invoices
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Treating others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect at all timesProfileThe candidate will have:
  • Associates degree or equivalent, four year college preferred
  • Two years related experience; four years desirable or combination of experience and education
  • Computer Skills with knowledge of accounting software (Microsoft D365 preferred)
  • Knowledge of Concur Expense reporting
