• Department is in need of assistance working through backlog of filing and scanning to ensure consistency in hard file and soft file systems.
• This position would be charged with organizing files in the office filing cabinets
• to ensure that records are maintained consistently and checking hard files against existing soft files to ensure completeness in both locations.
• In addition this position would be responsible for organizing documents in soft
• file system for proper storage - i.e. ensuring that all electronic records in SharePoint are filed consistently with department practices Skills:Prior experience navigate Sharepoint, create and file documents per client guidelines. , Required -Highly organized, detail oriented, RequiredHR related work experience, Nice to haveHS Diploma or GED, RequiredAssociated degree in related field of study is preferred.
