You can see all our current 2024-2025 openings on our . The salary range for teachers new to Match is $61,812-98,899 and is determined by the candidate's prior years of full-time teaching experience. Match offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 90% coverage of employee health insurance costs and up to $150/month in loan repayment assistance. OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESTeaching positions are based at our PreK-5 elementary school (100 Poydras St. in Hyde Park), our 6-8 middle school (215 Forest Hills St. in Jamaica Plain), or our high school (1001 Commonwealth Ave. in Brighton)Teachers are responsible for: - Preparing and delivering classroom instruction and support in Match classrooms
- Upholding high academic and behavioral expectations for students, and provide lots of support for getting students there;
- Communicating regularly and proactively with families;
- Participating actively in Match's coaching and professional development programming;
- Assisting with school programming as needed during non-instructional time; and
