Qualified candidates will have a strong marketing background specifically in the banking or financial services industry, leadership skills and a focus on results and profitability.Santander Bank is seeking a Director, Deposit Marketing to manage acquisition and engagement activities to drive deposit growth for our retail and digital businesses.This highly visible and collaborative role works closely with leadership, marketing partners and business stakeholders to achieve household and deposit financial goals. This is a management role with 2 direct reports and an expectation of growth as our digital deposit business grows in the next 24-36 months.The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and highly collaborative working style. They will be a direct response expert with digital experience at a national/regional or online bank.
