The Senior Graphic Designer will lead projects and teams for our Grooming category, which features our Venus brand. The Senior Graphic Designer will understand and influence innovation and brand strategies. They will bring the brand strategy to life through being a key project leader and collaborator amongst multi-functional teams. The Senior Graphic Designer should have strong typography, graphic design, and packaging design. They will strategically understand brand identity systems and be a key player in both leading the design process strategy and being hands on through the design process. Job Qualifications Design Mastery : - Multi-talented creatives, passionate to meet the highest design standards.
- Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Expert in 2D design, who can sketch, ideate, research, brainstorm and leverage the design process from concept development to execution.
- Tuned into current and developing trends in print, illustration, packaging, sustainability and able to turn them into insights that drive great design.
- A passion for packaging and a good understanding of printing technologies, substrates, and structural packaging fundamentals.
