Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Establish clear adoption and Training goals and process milestones for the Trial Court Departments and their staff to work toward
  • Work with the Trial Court Department Stakeholders to define what Microsoft 365 services and features should be developed and offered
  • Promote the value of Microsoft 365 services and products through user experience
  • Create or edit training courses and educational materials
  • Review end user complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the end user experience with JISD
  • Promote an energetic fan base for Microsoft 365 Offerings within the Trial Court and locate Champions to share the offering's benefit and value
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
  • Deliver Training via 1:1, scheduled sessions, departmental check-ins, and Web Platforms
  • Plan and facilitate M365 communication efforts working with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Research, curate, and gather information, and produce well-written content such as help guides, tips and tricks, policy and guidelines, text- and video-based instructions, training modules, and news articles.
  • Create and publish announcements, news posts, and news digest.
  • Review and edit content and manage approval process before publishing.
  • Continuously maintain and update content to deliver current and accurate information.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for successful communication.
  • Provide M365 Office hours as needed.
  • Advocate for adoption of M365 tools across the Judiciary
  • Assist in creation of governance, compliance, data policy, records management, retention, standard operating procedures, etc. Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform as a power user are required. In particular, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online. Relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to the organization's standards
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Proven record of excellent writing and communication skills demonstrated in an enterprise setting.
  • Prior experience of creating policy, governance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Prior experience of creating and editing video-based tutorials.
  • Prior experience of end user training to a wide range of users
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
