By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service
• Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables
• Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements
• Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team
• Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptlyTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
