Adecco is currently recruiting to fill several Data Entry Operator -- Data Entry Clerk positions for a client in Canton, MA, for a contract position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Enter and verify alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database.

-Spend 100% of day on a computer.

-Handle complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work.

-Resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager.

-May code, search, extract and interpret information to determine correct input procedure.



Required Experience/Qualifications:

-At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator or Data Entry Clerk

-Must Score minimum 5000 key strokes/min with no more than 5 errors (Data Entry Alphanumeric)

-Minimum of 80% (Office Grammar and Spelling)

-Minimum of 80% (Basic Reading Comprehension)

-Must be reliable and accurate

-Must be able to work on your own or with a team as required
