POSITION SUMMARY:The individual in this role will routinely interface with external partners, particularly direct care providers and pediatric practice leadership who participate in TEAM UP's Learning Community. We are seeking a candidate with experience in program coordination who can work independently and can manage a range of tasks. The position will involve anticipating and planning for deadlines, providing technical assistance for trainings and other events, and working closely with the team to ensure quality and timely deliverables.TEAM UP values diversity, equity, and inclusion as the basis of our work. We are committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive team and workforce that is representative of the communities served through the initiative.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain administrative systems for tracking Learning Community activities and deliverables
- Support/maintain positive relationships with LC members through regular communications and assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute Learning Community activities and events, including coordinating planning activities, creating event materials, managing logistics, and providing day-of support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain LC Learning Management System platforms and resources.
- Support the development of project deliverables including preparing periodic reports, quality improvement metrics, and reporting platforms in REDCap and other reporting software
Other - Support additional day-to-day activities of the Learning Community, including:
- Participate in internal team meetings, providing meeting coordination and note-taking support
- Oversee projects completed by interns, students, and other support staff
- Execute office related duties such as distributing office supplies, collating materials, etc.

The above is not intended to represent an exhaustive list of accountable duties and responsibilities required).JOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION: - Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, Health Sciences, Communications, Education, or related field and 2+ years of experience in program coordinationEXPERIENCE:
- Previous work in program coordination, public or mental health, education, or human services strongly preferred. Experience with Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to prioritize work amidst multiple demands
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers
**Position requires independent access to transportation to attend training events in Massachusetts and adjoining states.This position is funded by a 1 year grant. There may be opportunity beyond this grant funding for position integration into ongoing operations.JOB BENEFITS: |
