Specific responsibilities include maintaining claim/complaint files and supporting the resolution of claim/complaint CAPAs to closure and verification of CAPA effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in complaint investigation. Strong communications and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently.
