Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families about health conditions and provide guidance on post-hospital care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in continuous education to improve patient care and personal nursing skills.
