Our Respiratory Therapists play a crucial role in our mission to offer comprehensive healthcare from primary care to advanced surgical procedures. Assessing patients' respiratory conditions through diagnostic tests and medical histories. Managing and monitoring life support mechanical ventilation systems. Administering aerosol-based medications and operating associated devices. Educating patients and families on lung health and respiratory therapy treatments. Collaborating with the healthcare team to tailor respiratory therapy plans based on patient needs. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Proficiency with respiratory care therapy techniques and equipment Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatments Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex information to patients and families Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential is required.
