We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) who is committed to providing exceptional care tailored to more acutely ill patients who do not require intensive care but need closer monitoring. This unit plays a crucial role in our healthcare delivery, ensuring rapid response and advanced care for a wide array of conditions. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for healing and a dedication to patient-centered care. Provide continuous monitoring and care to patients in the IMC. Assessing patient conditions and administering prescribed medications. Documenting patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintaining a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods. Assisting in the implementation of patient care plans and the treatment process. Educating patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Ensuring the proper use of equipment and adherence to safety procedures. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate complex monitoring equipment. High proficiency in handling EMR and health IT systems.
