Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiovascular patients, following established protocols and guidelines. Monitor patient health and progress post-surgery, adjusting care plans as necessary in consultation with healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly, documenting all patient interactions and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease management, postoperative care, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, participating in rounds and contributing to treatment planning. Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular care and acute patient management. Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and healthcare technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective patient and team interactions.
