Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate care plans and interventions. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
