Develop and implement policies and standards that improve the quality of care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of clinical managers and healthcare professionals. Coordinate with other executive leaders to align clinical operations with overall organizational goals. Oversee budgetary allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources in clinical settings. Utilize data-driven strategies to assess, plan, and implement improvements in patient care services. Ensure the effective integration of new technologies and practices into healthcare services.
