The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care to oncology patients, managing chemotherapy treatments, and supporting both the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families. Provide direct nursing care and support to oncology patients. Administer chemotherapy and other medications, under physician supervision. Monitor patient reactions and progress, updating treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individual care plans. Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and cancer management. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations.
