This role uniquely blends nursing with informatics, aiming to enhance patient care through technology. Located in the vibrant D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region, this position focuses on implementing and optimizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve oncology care delivery. Our ideal candidate will be committed to advancing both patient care and technology use within an empathetic and scientifically rigorous environment. Implement and optimize EHR systems specific to oncology care. Train and support oncology care staff on new and existing healthcare technologies. Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to enhance patient care workflows. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of informatics solutions in oncology settings. Participate in the development and evaluation of patient care plans from an informatics perspective.
