Assess and identify patient needs related to wound, ostomy, and continence care. Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for patients in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Provide direct patient care and counseling to patients and their families. Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about prevention and maintenance techniques for effective wound, ostomy, and continence management. Stay updated with the latest practices and technologies in the field through continual professional development. Record, maintain, and update patient records accurately and comply with healthcare regulations.
