This critical role supports the Nurse Manager by ensuring high-quality care and smooth operational functionality during night shifts. The successful candidate will oversee the IMCU nursing staff, fostering a supportive environment while maintaining excellent patient care standards. Supervise night shift nursing staff and ensure adherence to all hospital policies and health regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care and support. Manage patient care planning and implementation during the shift. Ensure proper patient documentation and data integrity. Provide direct support and guidance in complex patient care situations. Handle staff scheduling, evaluations, and training for the night shift. Contribute to continuous quality improvements and staff professional development.
