To learn more, visit .Job DescriptionA Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.Work hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - FridayDuties include but are not limited to:

• Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine the validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
• Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
• Other duties as assigned.Pay rate: $20 an hour.Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Required; Associates Degree Preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service, data entry, and clerical experience.
  • Customer focused, service driven, and team oriented.
  • Professional communication skills (written and spoken) and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
