Our commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and personalized care makes us a trusted resource for individuals and families across Washington County.Position Description:We are seeking an LPN to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their staff. Responsibilities include ensuring quality healthcare, training staff on care plans, providing updated medical protocols, and supporting the Lead LPN and medical assistants. This role requires compliance with COMAR regulations, the Nurse Practice Act, and Developmental Disabilities guidelines.Full-time hourly (non-exempt) career available 40 hours per week.Typical work schedule is M-F 8:00 am 4:30 pmPay rate of $28 per hourPosition Requirements:Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse, licensed to practice in Maryland or a compact state.Priority is given to a candidate who has some experience working with developmental disabilities or a similar population.At least 18 years of age.Possesses a valid driver's license in the U.S. for at least two (2) years, not counting time on a learner's permit, with a good driving record.Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings which include: a background check, drug screening, and physical/ergonomic testing.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer software programs.Physically fit to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds.Ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure the health and safety of the persons served.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Supplemental Products (Shared cost)Life Insurance & Short-Term Disability (company-paid)403b Retirement Plan with company match14 PTO days7 paid holidaysEnjoy a casual dress code, regular employee appreciation events like cookouts, and other opportunities to celebrate and recognize our teams hard work.#HPby Jobble More...
